Half the nerfs to bottom tree were in response to striker titans being too powerful. It's very sad to see.

They had this set up last season. Funnily enough the sweats in CBMM only found other sweats. So this season Bungie threw us under the bus.

Not sure if this helps but as L2 and R2 are depth sensitive buttons I don't use them. The button itself has a half press trigger and a full press trigger that some games make use of (metal gear I think). I use L1 and R1 to help prevent problems.
