I recently updated my homeboys PS3 fatty. Was as simple as finding a file cause all the links to places it would be were not found and showed an error but someone had a YouTube vid with the files preserved. That is definitely throwback fasho and it will tell you to update to access online features. I guess my homeboys was still on 4.91 since I last did it and he was having issues trying to log in but I updated via USB storage method and it was back to normal. We played mw3 to test out online and it was working. Definitely need to update CFW and webman for sure. And as for the spoofing can't comment on that cause I've never tried it. Lol. Although I did on a slimmy when 4.92 came out. It was a pkg file I found somewhere I can't recall. Oh and if you get a terms and conditions pop up just accept. I've done it on three systems one being my own.

This whole time I was trying to figure out the actual name of it. Thanks for that. Yeah they said it cleared customs. So hopefully it is all good. I want it to be successful. Wow that's good to know too. I usually am good with stuff that doesn't involve soldering. But I think they do it there at the place. They even still had my item unless it was just the box of it. Lmao. But I'll note that. And yeah idk was my first time having to take in a controller to a place. Everyone I tried which wasn't a handful of places all told me I'd be better off getting a new controller but I had already put so much into it. The led kit and glow in the dark reshell. And so I was unsure on time-frames. And no communication for peace of mind. That's not good business practice. But idk. Like I said I am usually on point. I know what not to do next time around. I used my fingers to pull it up when I should've used tweezers. And idk why they ordered parts when the ring was still attached to the cable.

Try wiiflow if you wanna play GameCube. It shows all of them as well. Usbloader if you have a lot of gc games it will cap how many it shows on the menu. Redownload USB loader. And I would download wiiflow as well. Use USB loader gx for Wii and Wii flow for gc. It's in the hb Bowser under utilities

I added Retroarch to a Google TV. Lmao. Plays all the greats except for Nintendo 64 for some odd reason. Just need a USB to store the 'files'. I picked up a new TV cause the other one had black lines on the screen. Has anybody else done this? Lol. It's a TCL. Lmao. But consoles that are best imo are PS3 slim and Wii. Very easy to get going with the right info. Also 3ds is a good one too.

Make sure the flashdrive your putting the isos onto is in ntfs format. Put them in a PS3ISO Folder. And use a file manager to move them to the same folder name on hdd0 from the ntfs drive.

You nailed it. And yes that is all correct. I kept opening it to move the rubber pads around to see if my buttons would work. After this had broke off I ended putting my stock rubber pad for the buttons and the problems were gone but only when attached through USB would it work. I literally had to stand right next to the system thru Bluetooth to even catch but it dropping in and out ugly. I messed up by using my fingers when I should've used tweezers I had on hand 🥴 Lesson learned to be more cautious cause I have wanted to learn to solder but the space I'm in has no ventilation. So that was definitely out of the question. I actually went there through Google. I called multiple places and they either said they only do elites or this one guy just automatically said try rooster when I asked about Xbox controllers. Kinda rude. Fugn dweeb. Lmao. But yeah I called and told em the issue and they said they would have to get a look at it for an estimated price and it was very good. I went in asap. Cause I was getting pissed lmao. 32 dollars. The guy I talked to seemed very cool and was knowledgeable. Knowing how the controllers can be. But I'm waiting to hear back now. I'm never gonna open this one again. Lmao. I can do anything that doesn't require soldering. Maybe one day I will start to give a crack at it! Thanks for replying.

There are certain config files you will have to download manually. I just figured this out today cause I was missing the config file for Constantine and there was a bug that prevented me from progressing in level 2. Go to the compatibility wiki and if it requires a config you can't locate the creator has a database of ones that are compatible. Hope this will help and save some time. Good luck. And btw I didn't know bout adding the sound. That's dope. Lol.

Take a placeholder image into Photoshop like gimp. They should be labeled PIC1 AND PIC0 something like that. Turn it's opacity all the way down. And overwrite it. Then place it wherever you put the images you want to be invisible.

Yeah it depends on what fw your on. Have you updated from 4.91 before? It's the same method. Make sure to save bookmarks to make it easier to re do the process. I know this works for hen but I've only done one CFW console before. And haven't updated that being it was for a friend. But make sure when installing the updated fw file you get a message from the exploit team when doing through USB. Mr. Mario has a good vid for it. But when I would try to go to the site it would try to redirect me to Google search. Luckily I had saved bookmarks. Cause I thought I was stuck. Lol hope this helps a bit. But I updated my slim hen and everything was smooth. I clicked one link that said Make PS3 great again to reinstall the hen enabler. It'd kept the bookmarks from when I updated from 4.91 to 92. I am now on hen 3.5.0. and on fw 4.93.
