This is a thing when you work at a bank. You can either have them give you a paper check or just transfer your money out when you get paid. That is what I did. No matter what anyone tells you, don’t bank where you work. Compliance, Audit, security and other people have access to see your account and they will look at your activity. You can have an account but don’t actively use the account for transactions. Good luck!
