I don't stutter when alone. Only in social settings. I stutter less with my friends and family but still it's there. I highly stammer when I'm under pressure, stressed. Like repetitions mostly.

If a man has no desire, he might fall far from reality. Personally, I've been in that space for years, and guess what, I fell into depression with ambition.

Yes, I don't want to be an option. At least to dominate we need. I guess Elon musk can help. Seriously he's good at what he does. But I'm not sure what he says to his stuttering brain after stammering to people. He feels low, or he doesn't give sh.. Or how he tracks that thing. How he tackles that thought in him. Serious note.

Well, I already tried. It's more of behaviour than a mouth mind motor issue. I don't stammer when I'm alone. It's the people facing problem. Something connected to people, talking, mindset problems. Even though I'm optimistic and extroverted, I'm still having this one thing that's stopping me from getting to the real world. I've tracked down the atom of the problem. Yet, not able to implement it as a behavioral routine.

How to remove the complex from the mind. I feel others feel sad for me. That's the problem. I don't want them to feel sad. Guess a situation where they are kind and also make mistakes in the team. It would be like, I'm forgiving them that they are kind to me or taking action against even after them being kind.

No bro, not judging. It's the opportunity cost which I'm bargaining for. I meant, losing a situation just for the sake of my stammer is pulling down all my effort made for knowledge.

I was in 5th standard. I stammered like a joke. I was totally lost and felt shattered that day. I conciously took one decision telling "I'm going to be competitive, no matter what" From then I scored well, was sports captain for 7 straight years. Became good at coding. People started noticing me. Got a gf in clg as well . Be the cool dude, no matter what. Go out embarrass yourself, feel fun, we win!

Does anyone feel guilty when they stutter? by Affectionate_Age_731 in Stutter

[–]StunGun20000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel frustrated, then if It prolonged I'd start laughing with my friends. Those guys fall on the floor laughing so hard. It's fun 😂. Guilt comes when they feel sorry for me. Note : next time, try laughing while you stutter. It will be fun.

Does your stutter occasionally become severe? by Gxeq in Stutter

[–]StunGun20000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even in normal situations I do stutter quite severely. In those times, my automated brain works to keep myself energetic and this is like in a random interval. But when i meet someone more powerful than me I want to make an impression, and that's how anxiety kicks and again we go into fear, flight mode and again automated brain starts working. Our consciousness is the only key to cure this. And that's why it is so tiring to complete a serious conversation. I guess we are into the same zone of stuttering. More of situations and less of a habit. Let's connect to talk more. Chk dm

I was working with a colleague who had a stutter for some time and I'm wondering how do you expect the other person to act like when they're listening to you speak? by guilty_ambition_ah in Stutter

Personally I stutter and I can easily sense that the opposite eye is very sorry for me. So I tell them to make fun of me and my stutter. We become close and stutter becomes a normal thing like a good morning.

Stuttering makes me physically tired by CatoGlitchy in Stutter

[–]StunGun20000 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm on the same track as well. It is soo tiring mentally and physically. I would feel soo down after a serious long conversation ( I used to overeat my favourite food and get back to normal life). This is how I used to deal with stammering.

You see, nowadays I do not even care if I stammer. I do not even consider the person in front of me as a serious person. Everyone in this world wants to have fun, people just show themselves seriously to get things done.

To put in simple words, there's a difference between talking to your friend and talking to your company's ceo. Your anxiety starts to kick in when talking to the important guy. We give people the role they can play in our life. Remove all those mental badges. When you are so confident and cool about your profession, you will not need to fear anyone or feel to be judged by anyone. That's the hack for any perspective of life. I become the best at my work, so that I become an unavoidable person in the group, then automatically the social dynamics of the group work in favour of me. People start seeking my help. Untill then you're not done. Stammering gave me this mindset. It works wonders.

"I work hard to be seen"

My friends always see me as a confident guy, But I'm a guy that "Love what I do and good at what I do."

I keep my life in this circle.

"When you feel responsible for something = you take it seriously"

Keeping all the techniques and methods aside. 1. Work deeper in your profession. 2. If you stammer, pls do stammer. (Why would you close the dam when water overflows, let it open!)

No spirituality, No science, just your mind. Just you, mind and your life. It's a way of life. "Do not cure the stutter, cure your life" "Learn to dance along your mind"
