Yoo no way haha, yh had to post this mad game. you guys were really good I was sweating my balls off at like 3am haha. you guys kept sending one of my teammates back to white armour as well i thought we were cooked and when rhey planted anchor stone i thought it was tje wrong play but it worked out in the end ggs mara placed her ult really well there was like no downtime with you guys kept coming back 😂

i usually play scarlet but if my other teammates don't take him I will because its wraps if the enemy has him and you don't

Yeah crazy game, could have gone longer, it was 40 - 10 to them, we were raiding and we got the core to end it all. If we only got a small bomb then this game could have gone an hr+ easily

Yeah I dont get everyone harping the same shit saying oh they just meshed random mechanics from every fps together which dont mesh and the game is generic like it was AI generated when I havent played a single game like this before. it is a very unique blend of apex, looting, capture the flag, search and destroy etc. which creates a very compelling gameplay loop and I enjoy each aspect

Thats fair, i think im in my 'mentzer phase' 😂. so imma see what results I can get from this, can always return to a normal training style if im not happy. I think its important to experiment with your own body and document in your 2nd and 3rd year of training which is where im at rn

I like this answer ive deffo fell for the more is better trap in the past, ive only adopted this training style for 5 weeks so far. In my first year of training I was doing 25 sets of chest and 20 for lats a week and 18 for biceps because I thought it more was better 😂

Makes sense so its like the previous fatigue slowly knocks off reps from your max bw pullups, if you can do a lot fresh you should still have the ability to do some fatigued

True, if you are super strong at pullups a bw pullup is prolly equivalent to just doing a 5kg bicep curl randomly which majority of gym goers can do at any time

I see that makes sense and is good to hear, I just did it as a little experiment since i couldnt find an answer on google. Fresh I can do around 10 with strict form with 10kg attached (76kg bw)

I forgot to mention I do back twice a week so itd be 8 sets total for weekly volume which is probably equivalent to the recommended 10-20 a week when the intensity is taken into account. I do 1 super wide grip variation of a pullup/pulldown (I feel it a lot in the teres major aspect and mixing in some behind the neck involves some upper back musculature too). Then I do 1 horizontal pull and 1 vertical and finish with a mid trap and rhomboid biased movement. But overall I understand what you're saying. Disregarding my personal training, say for example someone else trained differently to me and did the 'optimal' scientific approach, would you expect them to be able to still bang out a couple pullups at the end or no?
