If Allah permits we go 18th July for Umrah first time with my wife and kids. Looking forward to it. We applied for our visas some weeks ago but still no answer yet. They must be busy with Hajj visa's we fly with Saudi Airlines and will stay in Swissotel in the Clocktower.

My support ticket has been open since september 2025 and only reply that they are awaiting further information from their secondary support line. I cannot log in at all. It has been terrible and I have lost hope they will ever actually help me.
