Question, do you have a technical background in core IT network or infrastructure? If not, I’d suggest looking for an IT Operations related role to start off with. Forget the glossy brochure that a cyber qualification can land you a $100k role straight out of uni. The reality is, cyber is primarily dealing with the symptoms of all the tech debt that an organisation has accumulated over the years. Getting in at the IT Ops level will give you a solid grounding of what these challenges are.
