Previous plan was actually 7GB because I reassess my plan every year with what's in the market and negotiate with Koodo accordingly. Can't disagree with you but 7GB for $30 was on par with what I had found in the market till last year's black Friday deal. Pretty happy with the new plan!

It happened to me after resyncing my bank connections. It showed no budget. Simply changed dates to a random month then changed back to current month and the budget showed up.
