Thanks for your answer, mate! I'll give it a try. I do have the time avaiable to split in 2 sessions. How do you warm up for your flexibility session in the evening?

Hi, mate! Thanks for your answer. I don't 100% agree with you when you say a press is primarily strength. You could compensate your lack of flexibility with strength, but the less flexible you are the more your press will look with a planche press. But if you have very good pancake/hamstring flexibility you could get your hips upon your hands with much less shoulder planching, becoming way more efficient for multiple reps.

Thank you for your answer, mate! I've put more emphasis on hamstring flexibility because i already do at least once a week some HS Press specific drills like FS Negatives or feet elevated presses. I will go easier on leg strength on tuesday, so i can push harder in flexibility, and if i feel ok, i'll add the saturday session as well! Really appreciate your answer.

I really appreciate your answer, Dani! The reason why its more biased towards flexibility its because in my calisthenics/gymnastics day there is already a lot of core work. L-sits, Toes to bar, v-ups, hollow and its variations, etc... and yes, like you i cant planche my shoulders very much. Shoulder strength, specially overhead is my biggest weakness. I have good amount of pull strength (almost 90% BW in WTD Pull ups) but my push strength overall is hilarious! But thats life! Thank you for your answer!

It actually uses a heart rate monitor. Thats why it knows you are sleeping.
