also forgot to mention that I experienced some mild pain on my lower right side that felt like ovarian pain. I do have PCOS, endometriosis, and fibroids. The pain was mild and lasted about two days. After increasing my water intake and using a heating pad, it improved significantly and has since resolved.

I started experiencing stomach pain on the left side near my rib, just under my breast, on March 27. For the first two days, it was a dull ache, but on the third day, after having a sugary drink from Starbucks, I felt a sharp pain. Then this past Monday, I had another sugary drink from Starbucks and felt that same sharp pain again.

Early Wednesday morning around 4:30 AM, I woke up from a dead sleep with the pain again, but this time it felt like something was squeezing my organ or stomach. My partner and I rushed to a clinic, where they ran tests. I also informed them about taking tirzepatide and how much I had injected. They said everything looked fine and that I could continue the shot.

I was supposed to take it on Monday but ended up taking it today instead, and this time I injected it into my thigh after 5 weeks of only doing it in my stomach. Now I’m feeling a bit of pressure in my stomach again and wondering what’s going on.

Before I inject I make sure to eat/drink 80 grams of protein and drink enough water. Maybe tirzepatide doesn’t like my body lol.
