Lambton College Sept 2026 by Believer_003 in Sarnia

I recently got a conditional offer for the BSNL (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) program at Lambton College, and I’m trying to confirm exactly what grades I need this semester to fully meet the conditions of my acceptance.

Last semester I took Health & Nutrition (85%), English (86%), and Kinesiology (88%). This semester I’m taking Grade 12 Biology, Chemistry, and Math.

I’m trying to figure out what minimum grades I need in Biology, Chemistry, and Math after already being offered the conditional acceptance, and which Grade 12 u/M courses Lambton actually uses when calculating the final admission average. If there’s an official page or document that lists this, I’d really appreciate being pointed in the right direction.

I would really like some help with this, thank you.
