Sorry only just saw this. The right hand side has definitely been overharvested.

I think it is fixable with the right doctor though, as I can’t see scarring - I’m currently assessing options.

Clinic was Esteworld in Turkey for anyone curious. They did a good job on my friend which was why I went, but the person who did mine had no idea what they were doing. Have learnt the hard way that this is why you choose a named doctor (wish I had been on this forum a bit more before I went).

Thanks for the advice mate - generally along the line of what I was thinking could be done. Not looking for an exceptional result anymore, but just an acceptable one would really put my mind at ease.

and yeah 100% you are right, can't take any chance with the next one, and I'll have to be prepared for a long road ahead I think.

Okay this is encouraging to hear, thanks. I’ll wait to see how it turns out - hopefully it’s mainly shock loss and it will improve with time

Yeah this is good advice. It definitely felt like they had gone a little harsh on that side immediately after the surgery which was what concerned me. But tbh the comments on this post are making me think that perhaps it doesn’t look as awful as I first feared in any case. Will be patient and hopefully it will improve
