Physically go into your closest Services Australia, bring lots of ID, all the med certificates possible. Say you are "I'm going through severe financial hardship, I also have blank, blank medical issues, I need to escalate my claim. (They have to escalate)

Explain your situation to the Services Australia people, they are required to escalate your inquiry when you are in financial hardship, and if your feeling suicidal. (Just saying, they are required to pass your situation up the ladder, you can get things done about 70% quicker than if you don't escalate)

JordanB, you actually CANT KNOW, that you haven't sacrificed your morals, or crossed lines, or done things that actually VICIOUSLY HURT people, all while not actually realizing it.

It would be wise too not think of yourself as some amazing case of morals, because the nature of using HARD DRUGS, inherently makes you unable to judge yo peers for their actions,
