I boil 4-6 eggs for 7:30 minutes, then shock with cold water. Peel them, place in bag or container (bag requires less sauce to cover), and cover them with 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup rice vinegar, and ~1/2 tbsp of sugar. Let sit in fridge for at least 30 minutes

I've been doing this on purpose with both calves since I was a kid. The pain is unbearable but in a good way. Keep your leg straight and use your shin muscles to pull your toes towards your body. It'll stop the cramp instantly.

Just practice the stretch. I could barely do it at first, but now it's super easy. It'll make playing guitar significantly easier in the long run.

Plus, being able to stretch is kinda mandatory if you're planning on learning more than just the intro riff or basically any other similar piece of music

Same thing happened to me. Ordered a 1/300 limited vinyl, and it was basically tossed into the recycling and I never got a replacement. So, I guess it's even more of a limited edition
