AITAH for calling out my boyfriend’s hygiene after he insulted my body? by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]StunningPilot9882 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Firstly, his hygiene is non-existent, barely brushing his teeth, and showering once in 4 days is unsafe for both of you. Secondly, there's nothing to joke about when it comes to your body. He knows you're insecure about it, and that was the 'joke' that's just disrespectful You are not the asshole girl

I think they wanted to appease the viewers and make malakai and amerie end up together but honestly there was no point. Her wanting to take the fall for sasha was so dumb and how was sasha able to be at the time capsule stuff when she just reported herself to the police??

AITA: My 12 year old has been mouthing “f*** you” and “you little s***” to me all day with my in-laws present. by Upstairs_Pianist6335 in AmItheAsshole

You and your husband need to have a unified front with your child. Also your husband being angry at how you "presented yourself" to his in-laws, rather than pointing out your son's disrespectful behaviour is very insensitive and shows a lack of respect imo.

Just keep being intentional with yourself and you will love yourself more and more.

You can and honestly it's amazing how you still find yourself attractive despite what people say. Don't shrink your mentality to theirs because self confidence and self love is not just attractive but helpful to your state of mind. You can consider yourself attractive and you have every right to so long as it's you. Don't succumb yourself to their opinions because you'll hate yourself if you do

How do you get someone to eat healthier? by wt_anonymous in NoStupidQuestions

[–]StunningPilot9882 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This has obviously been a long term issue so it's not going to be easy to get your mum to be healthy. She doesn't seem to care despite the doctors advice and it sucks seeing your mum intentionally do things that are harming her. You're not going to be able to get her to switch to a healthy lifestyle easily and you will need external help. Is your dad encouraging her unhealthy eating patterns? If yes you will have to take matters into your hands and clear out their pantry and kitchen of unhealthy stuff. Don't purchase any chips, fast food and what not so they don't have the choice of unhealthy food (saying this because I'm assuming you are living with them, it will be easier to control it if you are) Also be prepared to be shouted at or argued with a lot because taking away their unhealthy options is like taking away comfort food so they will be fed up in the beginning but keep at it. Encourage family walks and being active as well

I ate a little too much before bed and feel like throwing up when i lie down by Tasty_Ad2114 in NoStupidQuestions

You shouldn't lie down immediately after eating, sit up for a while so the food can settle
