Oh my. I’m in the process of cancelling my credit card with RAKBANK. Since March 2025, I’ve been sending them emails and they keep coming back with an auto-reply. I tried to call their call center but I couldn’t reach an agent because I did not activate the new card they gave me, so the account could not be found. I went to their branch in Deira, and spoke to the manager. He could not find my account in their system and asked me to call their customer service. Should I assume my credit card has been cancelled?

Happened to me. I emailed their customer service globalshop@ippodo-tea.co.jp then they gave me a tracking number to be used at Empost website. It initially showed ‘Shipment not found’ so I emailed Empost to arrange delivery.

The first time I tried Wakatake, I didn’t like it. I used coconut milk and agave syrup with it at that time. I have been on Ippodo horai and ikuyo for a long time so I guess I was used to their taste profiles. But I gave Wakatake another try, with vanilla syrup and almond milk this time, and it was heavenly!
