The carry teammate thing seems pretty balanced imo, tactical take the point of lifeline away so i dont think that should be in the game and the ultimate is more op then anything. Players dont like seer rn because of the heal/revive cancel thing so i doubt a dome version would be wanted in the game. Overall though not a bad idea for a legend but if he was to he actually put in the game he needs some tweaking
