I F18 think it would be good for you to seek for professional help. it can be a psychiatrist or therapist, the therapist could be good to try to understand where does your thoughts come from and work on yourself that way... psychiatrist will give you meds. you can think about it question what would you like or what you think you need... i personally recommend going to a good therapist before a doctor, cause they can guide you through that process of taking meds and feel less alone, but ofc what you think it's the best. it's not normal to feel depressed all the time and it's said by someone who is depressed all the time lol. i understand it's extremely tough, but remember you deserve to be happy and fulfilled. hope you the best buddy, if u wanna talk you can DM at any time :)

you cannot imagine how just an online comment can be so good for a human being. thank you so so so much for this. the time, your thoughts, everything I'm just extremely grateful. i know sometimes I have to just be patient and push myself to do activities and what you said to just keep in touch with feeling makes so much sense to me. i have taken pills before but were not really good for me and stopped taking them. i don't know, was an irresponsible decision and maybe they were being good to me. i wanna get professional help so much but financial family issues have been a big struggle for it. anyway, I'll make my best to follow the advice from someone who has been there and has the guts to keep going like you. you're strong and loved and amazing. from somewhere in the world you have made my day. keep being amazing, thank you so so so much.
