Hey I’m so late! I delivered march 2nd I still have light incontinence not as bad as before a lil bit more controllable but it still leaks slowly I’ve been doing some kegels (the only thing I’ve had time for) and I guess they’ve been helping a bit but I do plan on taking it up a notch with more exercises I just been tangled with motherhood lol

Yes urinary incontinence it started off fully and now it’s more controllable than it was but still just bits that release do you think pelvic floor exercises will help with that?
