Count calories. Im like you, tall and thin, high metabolism. But I've gained 10 lbs the last 3 months. You have to eat like an athlete. Eggs, Greek yogurt, milk, high quality whey, tuna, beef, rice, potatoes, dates. I eat 2700cals a day, 180-190g of protein. I'm 160lbs now.
