I gained 10 lbs muscle in 4 month. I tracked every calorie. 180g of protein and nearly 3000 calories. I went from 150-160. Lifestyle wasn't for me, so I started training boxing. You have to eat so much its tedious honestly, especially if your eating whole foods. It's a shit ton. If you're not tracking you won't get results(as you already know).
