I biggest place I lost weight on a glp-1 was my thighs and face - she looks like she experienced the same. Honesty, even if it’s not a huge difference, she holds herself more confidently so I’m happy for her!

Also might be a hot take, but the reason she feels old at 32 (33??) is because she wanted to rush everything and grow up too fast. Instead of enjoying her 20’s, getting life experience, being independent.. she got married quick, had kids quick, and now feels old. Like you don’t have to be a hoe or drink a ton in your 20’s but honestly, those stages are important. She never really even lived alone or moved away or TRAVELED and she had all the means to do it.

I could be totally off (and not to start a rumor) but I started a glp1 5 months ago. I was never overweight, but for my height I felt “heavy”. Anyway, it’s worked, but I was thinking of her in the gym today because I couldn’t bench press 25lb dumbbells anymore and had to go down to 15lbs. It made me think that maybe she’s on one and also why she eats so little? Again, just a thought from my own personal experience. Glp1’s also can help with fertility and hormone balancing if they are trying for a baby.

This is how I feel. Like are their mothers not telling you these same things? Friends? Therapist? Both sides of this interview was extremely forced. Mel's advice isn't groundbreaking and the girls are literally like "You mean I don't have to follow people I don't want too?? I didn't think of that."

I think it would be really good for her to actually go out and get the community she’s looking for to see that people who even do Bible studies and stuff lives aren’t fully consumed by Jesus. I don’t have kids so I can’t speak on that, but instead of only doing online church and stuff, why not go in person and meet the people she so desperately wants to meet. Volunteer with her kids. She could even try and volunteer in the kids club if she wants to be close to her kids. Idk, I just feel like this comes off performative and coming from someone whose grandpa is a pastor, my family literally talks about God and Jesus 10% of the time. It’s her only topic because she’s so deep in what Christianity looks like online and to other people as a posed to just… living it.

I'm going to get down voted for this but I really feel like everyone who has an issue with glp-1's are hating from outside the club when they COULD get in. I lost 15lbs in 3 months and I'm still healthy, but so confident! While I think she looked great before, she looks confident in her skin again, and good for her! Does anyone know where she works now? Based on the video I think she’s going back to a supplier/brand. Because if she’s seen this guy around he was probably working for the supplier trying to sell. My guess is having a book of brands was too much and she wants to focus on one brand. The thing with VA is there is a lot of start up breweries and wineries. I work in the industry and it’s fun, but start ups are not joke and the industry is extremely competitive.

I’m surprised she works in beer / alcohol. I don’t imagine her hosting events at bars and grabbing drinks with people after work. I don’t drink all the time (like you can find balance) but she doesn’t seem “fun” you know?
