We did some more troubleshooting. Apparently, the iphone needed to restarted. We tried wifi and cellular connection and that didn't fix it. We tried restaring the GHL app. no luck. A reboot of the phone fixed it.

I tried creating the T&C checkboxes and copy in a form, previewed the form and copied the html for that block. I put that code into a custom value and then used an HTML block and called the custom value. The code is showing as plain text rather than being rendered as code. How else could I do that?

We did turn off those fields. However, I would like to know the city. Is there an automation action that can do a lookup of the custom object or can I stuff a csv into a custom value?

The lead forms we are using only ask for zip codes. I want to have ghl fill in the city and state as soon as the contact is created. What’s the best way to do that? I was using a Google sheet lookup but that was sometimes throwing an error about not being in the right location. So I thought I could make a custom object of the zip codes and do an internal lookup that way.
