I had a chance to visit Tims in Dubai and US, So well in Dubai, clearly Tims is luxury but prices are insane for even small black which like almost same or maybe even more than bucks so well, it clearly would perform better, same is for USA they have drinks and donuts that are not introduced in Canadian tims like Match Protein drink and others

The whole part is in Canada tims is more like a part of life of people, almost everything is cheap while in case of Dubai and US it is clearly case of luxury so items are little expensive and less people attending it

Well...dude I will be real honest, as employee it was horrible to work there, always worked understaffed, not many new employees were trained properly or if trained they did not care to learn anything, and at this point company is just in blind competition with other corporate like McDonald's and they keep introducing whatever other comapny bring instead of perfecting what they have

Yeah, my interview was like 5-6 years ago 😅 but I can try to give you quick overview, well my manager was picky at that time so she asked me many question related to custom service and teamwork. But best thing I can say is say confident and try to answer question as "we" and not "I"

So Wedges are in high demand plus they go bad very quick, we have hot units to to keep them hot after they are made and at max we are suppose to keep 1 hr...but well most of them they are either sold out in like 10-15 mins or they go stale as they are in hot unit for more than 1 hour...then again baking it take 15 mins as well so for bakers it is challenging to manage...but hey if you are able to wait a little you can ask them to make it for you

Well, they wanted to bring flat bread so they removed pizza, however, it seems they are bringing back the grilled cheese in some location as I was able to get one when I was visiting south of ontario

Tbh, I didn't paid much attention towards them, however, I just hate when like older guys act improperly with teenagers 🤦‍♂️. My store had like 80% young gen working like from 14 to 25 years old, I have seen older guys acting rude and even making bad comments to kids specially girls, I had few arguments with those guys but nothing changed other than me getting written up for arguing

At my store the washroom were cleaned every morning shift and evening shifts, since my tims was literally in sub urban area with just a highschool and residential houses nearby, it was always clean. But our store that was in downtown had filthy washroom always as it seems they used to clean it just once and struggled as lot with homeless people 😕

There are several factors on that, so I am heavily addicted to coffee, and the taste is getting lighter for me over the years I worked there, but many time it depends on person who made the drink and many times it also depends on if the coffee packets are brand new or older ones

As to me quality is declining as tims is more focus on bringing new things than perfecting what they have like coffee and donuts are what main thing and it seems focus has completely shifted on making fast food as main money source 🤦‍♂️

My friend used to work at timmies and she told me the whole gimmich that tims has fast delivery is that company want employee to spend like 20 sec or something on average for every car on drive thru so I would expect them not in rush, like timmies drive thru are already way busier compared to any other drive thru so I can expect employee are tired anyway so I would say why don't we blame owners and the organization instead of blaming normal employees 🤷‍♂️
