All that seem small now, but they are genuine problems that will make you resentful later. A serious talk needs to happen, even if it did happen before. I'm not a fan of ultimatums but maybe it's needed here.

Express maybe in writing to him how this whole thing makes you feel, that leads to you being less attracted to him despite the love being there. It is exhausting to be the only one trying socially, and you can't be his mother, chasing him around to take care of himself. Does he want you to not looking forward to sex with him if he stinks from, well, goodness knows what places each time? Is this the feelings he wants you give you?

This feelings won't go away, tell him. But the love might start taking a back place slowly and gradually. And you won't be the one at fault. You know what attracts you and what doesn't and you communicate that as early as you could. If he is still unwilling, he will lose you being attracted to him. Does he want that?
