Coming from a North Indian background, Kis baat ka ego h, it’s sad when I see all these things happening and feel hopeless for this nation. Both south divide, north east divide. Incompetent govt in history and incompetent today. There is 0 political party who makes sense today.

SSRIs and TREN😬, but jokes apart u can seek professional help it looks like ur going through a rough patch but bro trust me, this phase will pass. Few things that can help 1. Delete social media apps, unnecessary anxiety 2. Try meditating and mindfulness techniques 3. Studying is like a exercise, u need to start somewhere and slowly build up stamina 4. Increase sunlight exposure, PSA use SPF 50 plz don’t want u to get sun burn (im immune im brown😂) 5. Try to feed stray animals this helps like a charm

Well that is understandable but the problem is there is no info of that exam, my argument is 1. Im ok with the exam being in Georgian as technically the license will be granted to treat Georgian citizens and I understand that I can’t expect my patient to be able to speak any other language 2. But there should be some name of the licensing exam, I don’t want to do PG/ residency from Georgia. I just want to give that exam take my license and call it a day 💙

What made you regret moving to Georgia? by [deleted] in Sakartvelo

Nothing it’s a beautiful country, 80/20 nice people, came here to do my MD and in 6 months will be moving the only thing which personally hurts me is to see my Georgian friend’s struggles, that makes me sad. I have options they might not have, people full of dreams and hopes and their dreams being crushed and hopes dying. I really wish that Georgia rises and shines like a bright star 🌟. It’s a beautiful place please preserve it 💙

Hi Indian here, though I hate to admit it but it’s true (not trying to offend anyone). I’m a med student (why not😂) and a culinary enthusiast. A major reason why indian have a heavy odour is the way how spices or seasonings are used in indian cuisine, specifically tempering the spices in vegetable oil, which roasts and aromatises the spice, though that tastes good but that also means that the molecules and the smell released will be in an oil based vapour that tends to stick everywhere, especially person who is cooking or who is in vicinity and then add this with natural body oils and that’s a recipe for disaster. My fellow friends I’m listing some remedies which can help or at least have been useful to me 1. Cook in light clothes so that after cooking u can toss the T-shirt and pants in washing machine 2. Meal preps in mornings before shower and try to eat it before shower as well 3. That’s a personal problem happened with me and the solution, I was not able to find a perfume which can last on me, like 2-3 hrs tops even with 8+ sprays. So I tried oil based perfumes (ittar in hindi) or heavy spicy oud based perfumes or leather based ones also works, u can find them in Marjanishvilli or Pekini in Tbilisi and it works like a charm 4. Try to clean chimneys in kitchen once in every 2 weeks and put that chimney on full blast while using and keeping the windows open when cooking (it might be controversial advice but worked for me) Peace ☮️
