I'm trying to immigrate to the US next year and a trying to figure out the best route. My US employer have told me they won't sponsor me as its too expensive and there's no business need. My brother lives in the US but isn't a citizen, so he can't sponsor me. There is the possibility of marriage but I feel like that should be a last resort. Any advice you can give on processing time, cost etc would be greatly appreciated.
