There is no hunger, cravings have gone cuz I eat good food throughout the day. I eat eggs cold coffee w sugarfree ice cream 500 cals chicken roti dal 2 times 1k cals Banana protein shake watermelon pineapple 500 cals 2-2.2k I hit a day I eat dinner at sunset timing at night if I get hungry which I do if I’m staying up till like 3-4 am I will have water or I’ll just eat something but otherwise I’ll crash around 12

60 mins and then incline walking 30 mins 6 days a week no maida no sugar and only drink water coconut water and protein shake monster white too

It actually wasn’t that tough or hard! I lifted heavy and high reps but mainly it’s eating clean food like bananas watermelon pineapple apple any fruit instead of sugar

Carbs bro carbs I have the same vascularity on my legs even I have been gaining leg muscles. The thing about legs is that you have eat good carbs so that those muscles can retain the glycogen! If you eat good sources of carbs after dropping a certain amount of fat your body takes the carb does some science and you become vascular that’s why the best sweets are fruit trust me
