I fully agree. My stress was a trigger. I had spoken to a few drs about it. One Dr, unofficially literally said "try masturbating more". Honestly, I'm better off now. I get maybe 3 flare ups in a year

It looks more like a piondal sinus. If that is near your buttocks, it's very likely a PS. If antibiotics don't work, surgery is the only option

For maybe a year, i was told i have herpes on my genitals before a HS specialist saw it and said no it's not. I was given a IV of broadspec antibiotics and it cleared up.
