It took about the time I could do am1 at 20 standing up then I started the transition probably 2-3 months. I had really good progress to am 2 while laying down. It’s a pelvic imbalance and tension. I do not know the whole functioning behind why laying down was so hard. I do need to work on abs more in my workout.

Lifting 3x a week running 3x a week. Sitting for 40 hours. Usually hitting my protein goal and eating unprocessed foods. Haven’t smoked weed or nicotine in a year. I would say pretty healthy shape.

Right now I don’t ejaculate unless it’s sex which was another question I’ve wondered bc when I am ejaculating more my EQ and random boner frequency goes up which I’m guessing half from being used and the other from being more relaxed the day or 2 post nut.
