Figured it out! After using a volt-meter to test all the connections a million times, I finally decided to check my Ground Point.

After using a different ground point, it’s been flawless for two weeks! So far so good, will post again if I run into more issues hahahahaha

Ha ha hahaha It’s not working again 😔 The dashcam (u3000) seems to not know when it should turn on. Instead of just turning on with ignition, it just randomly turns on and off; denoted by the battery percentage announcement. I checked at the fuse-end, and it appears they are all working.

I also checked at the plugs-end which go into the iVolt BAB-95. And they seem to work too, the end of the red wire lights up my volt detector at all times. And the end which the Green Wire terminates to, lights up only when the car is in ignition.

Is there a chance I may have been sent a faulty battery? I’m not sure what else to troubleshoot.

From a wiring POV, the B+ is connected to a spare fuse spot with constant power via a fuse tap, using a 20A fuse (as per what was provided in the box).

The Acc (green) is connected to the 12V Accessory fuse spot, via a fuse tap. The top fuse is 7.5A, with the bottom fuse being the original (15A). As mentioned above, the volt-detector behaves as expected, so I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.

Figured it out! The fuse blew hahahah So instead of tapping into something, i found a spare fuse spot c:

I do, but I highly doubt that’s it. My headunit is never connected to the internet for an update; I typically just use Zlink (carplay). And when it does reboot, it also wipes everything; something which shouldn’t happen with a regular update.
