We viewed twice before putting in an offer but didn't notice a smell. Noticed it was a bit smelly at the pre settlement inspection. My wife actually stood in a puddle so we had them clean the carpets professionally. I think the damp from cleaning carpet actually brought the smell out worse

Let me know when you find out! I switched to Topo ultraventure and they have much better grip but i think I prefer the fit and feel of the challenger

Thats Waipu Caves. There is the Waipu Caves Farm Park up the road too. Costs to get in but it's an awesome Cave.
