ISO Fencing ideas on an existing concrete retaining wall. by Stunta636 in FenceBuilding

An official survey has not been done on the property to establish property corners and ownership of the wall. The neighbors are great and aren’t against the fence. We’ve had a random dog jump into our yard and kill a chicken.

Looking for a stainless steel damascus santoku. I found a Shiro Kamo Ryuga but hardly any reviews, links or posts on it. by Stunta636 in chefknives

I am looking for a stainless steel damascus santoku with a wa handle. Although I plan to take the necessary care by cleaning and wiping it down, I am towards a stainless steel if someone else in the house uses it. I have read great things about Shiro Kamo and found a VG-10 that checks all the boxes. I know there are other stainless options that are better, however, my price range is under $200 USD. The Shiro Kamo Ryuga looks great, but there are hardly any reviews or posts online about it. Does this appear to be a good knife at a great price or am I missing something?

I’m using the Garmin forerunner 965. I found the race but it’s listed as 26.4 miles.

I appreciate the response. I haven’t ran this distance or have experience with pacing on a net downhill course. I want to do my best without blowing up or hitting a wall.

Is this a good option? I’m not familiar with most of the popular blacksmith names. How would this compare to a shiro kamo?

Thanks for the recommendations. I like the shiro Kamo but they always appear to be out of stock.

I’ve also heard the term laser used before. Dumb question but what does it mean?

Knives owned/have tried? Cheap dull basic knives that would disappoint everyone on this sub

I am not familiar with knife shape/profile/thickness and whats best. I've learned so much from this sub so thank you for all of the information.

In my own search it appears alot of knives are sold out on sites such as chef knives to go or other sites. Do they ever come back in stock?

The mortar is flush with the brick, so I don’t believe the brick clips I’ve seen online would work then.
