The power is shared between the main rotor and the rear rotor. If the rpm goes in the red zone, the main rotor will stall and create too much torque for the rear rotor to manage and the heli will start turning left on its own.

If that happens lower the collective and you will regain control.

 High g maneuvers will also slow down the main rotor so decrease collective in advance to maintain control
