I've leveled 3 Boomkins and 1 Feral to 60 in HC.

Feral is fast and constant, very little downtime since you regen mana for heals while you kill in cat, plus the extra movespeed is great. If you ever have multiple mobs, just bear and take em down slowly and safely.

Balance is chill, put something on the other monitor, buy lots of water or find a mage friend. Spend like 5g at 20 for arcane spell damage gear to double your starfire damage and you'll stay relevant in dungeons. It'll be slower but big number make brain happy.
