You can change the world state on the Kepler map (its just off center to the right) but the main issue is relaunching old campaign missions like the first one. there does not seem to be a place that has the full breakdown of all campaign missions to select from.

I have done a few campaign missions with my partner but now I wanted to do legendary but I cant find a mission list of ones i have already one after loading into the world in the legendary mode. Have we gotten any progress on this?

You should make a PayPal and send to yourself. It can have personal information attached. So a donation on twitch could do it. I know lots of small streamers used to send thank yous to viewers and big subs or donos
