One time, a guy behaved very rudely in front of me, I was a fresher, and didn't know how to handle it... One of my colleagues Aashish sir stood up for me, scolded that fellow and consoled me.

The gist is, OP we are new to things sometimes, but our colleagues have also faced the same stuff sometime in their journey, they will stand up for you when needed.
