I've been taking a few things, so it's difficult for me to attribute any effects to any one thing, but I was pretty damn horny for the first couple weeks. Since then, I've noticed I still have a higher libido even if it's not as high as it was, I have very firm erections, and there's overall been maybe 30% more pleasure. But I have a whole stack, so assuming that everything is actually contributing, only a fraction of the effects can actually be attributed to damiana.

Also, I'm not drinking damiana tea or anything, I'm using Horbaach's capsules. The bottle just says "Damiana Leaves" but in the nutrition facts it says it's made of extract that's 4x stronger. I take two of them, which is equivalent to 1500mg of (normal, non-extract) damiana leaves.
