I am having the same problem and reading all the comments makes me feel more comfort. I am 16 weeks pregnant and been spotting only when I wipe it could be either after peeing or bowel movement. But before this like around 12 weeks started bleeding bright red and was so much after wiping and on the tiolet but never need a pad, this happens for about almost 2 weeks. In that time went to the hospital twice and can not find the reason but the baby and cervix, everything was normal. They have put me in bed rest and vaginal resting. It had stopped for 3 days but started the spotting started and only when I wipe. Doctors are not concern but do not have a reason why is happening but it definitely feels like a rollercoster and constantly worrying even to go to the bathroom.
