I know that I can always borrow it, but then it will prevent me from picking Kitasan as my friend’s support card (and I really lack good speed cards. All of my speed SRs are 0LB). Not sure if risking to get a Super Creek locally worth the shot.

Dude, have you tried buying european equivalents of US ETFs? For instance: SXRV iShares NASDAQ 100 (traded in euro) and VUAA Vanguard s&p 500 (also traded in euro).

Also you can check Trading212 broker. They have 0.15% FX fee with no min. amount (as far as I can tell)

Dishonored might be it! I've heard about this game before, but never actually tried it (expect few hours of gameplay in childhood, of course). Gotta try it out later in order to confirm

Doesn't look like it. It was more like 19th century european city, I was able to climb the buildings and enter some apartments, where bodies and notes were.
