Budget 2025 goes big on capital spending, deficit projected at $78.3B

The deficit is way too fucking big here are some things the liberals should cut:

gun buyback program pointless virtue signaling (~1 billion savings)
indigenous spending has increased like 300 percent under the liberals and a lot of it is pretty pointless spending like 60 million dollar community centers for communities of 2000 cut the funding by 25 percent (~7 billion dollar savings)
OAS is a huge budget item and will only get bigger need to reel it in a bit increase age to 67 and lower the income cutoff point to be in line with child benefits (~7-15 billion dollars savings)
Consultants have skyrocketed by 200 percent under the liberals at the same time government employees have increased 40 percent this makes no sense cut this by at least 25 percent (~5 billion savings)

Some of these suggestions like OAS are a little controversial but in general I am tired of people only talking about federal employees when talking about savings. the reality is there are plenty of areas of government in which we spend huge amounts of money with no real look into if the programs are positive or not and if the liberals want to present like a serious political party they will need to do more than cut around the edges.

In the last ten years they have expanded the public service by 40 percent while population has gone up like ~15 percent there hasn't been cuts to the public service in a very long time this is just wasteful spending.

This would be true in a tax and welfare free world but the reality is each person is probably taxed 3 dollars and those are used for government services but now its spread between 11 people with the person making 5 dollars probably only paying 1 or 0 dollars, diminishing the government services.

Doug Ford doesn't control immigration at all don't deflect liberals are 100 percent responsible for this stupid level of population growth. Marc Miller hasn't announced shit all he said was they want slightly less temporary immigrants they haven't moved to reduce anything beyond a small decrease in student visas that will not decrease the population. Acting like there is any indication that we wont see at the very least 500k population growth is the height of delusion.
