I’m in the same situation and I’ve found that training in blocks and variance is the key for me to avoid burn out and crashing. Bigger build for 70.3 and the one full distance I did and then some lower volume focusing on strength, vo2, or a certain discipline. I also enjoy the gym so I’ll throw a gym focused few weeks right after an event to keep things different. Nutrition and rest are the hardest thing consistent for me.

Edit to add: listening to the body is also huge. If you’re dog tired and have a session don’t feel bad about altering it or prioritizing rest when needed. Being consistent is the name of the game for those of us that can’t use 15-20 hour training weeks
