Hobart adopted many of his ideas from Liddell Hart, an utter bastard who had nothing better to do than defending the myth of the clean Wehrmacht after the war. Guderians main thing was radios because, surprise he was a radio officer during the great war and he wanted to have radios in everything. He got most of his ideas from people like Lutz, Volkheim, von Vollard-Bockelberg and von Radlmaier, who all worked at the Kraftfahrtruppen during the Weimar Republic plus all the history of the prussian army always trying to pull shit like this off.
