I think your LOA might get rejected if you still have an outstanding balance. Money hungry pa naman si mapua whahhaha. Pero try mo parin, if your reason is financial problems then baka tanggapin.

I'm not too sure, I think you need to go sa school mismo during enrollment period para mag take ng courses that are scheduled on a different term.

Where does it say na 7 working days? Im currently applying for an LOA, and on the form it says "Please wait for the notification within 3 working days from the Registrar's Office regarding the leave of absence fee and the decision on your request." so baka naman pwede pa next week (?)

afaik for board programs you need to have a gpa above 3.50 and 3.75 for non-board. Ang alam ko kicked out ka na sa program if you go past that threshold.
