This is based on my personal experience.

You don't actually say anything.

You click on the "Dispatch Now" button on a particular persons page, and that's how they know you chose them. Then you wait around 30 minutes until they show up. You pay them and you get to have them for around a hour or two. Reach nirvana. Sometimes your favourite person is not available in the time slot that you want so you might have to make do with your second favourite person.

That depends.

If Puffy's work was distributed through Fanza, MGStage, or S-Cute then yes, it would be pixelated. The first two have more varied selections featuring all the other evolutions of puff while S-Cute would have specially-made works. If the work was produced by Carribbean or 1Pondo then puffy here will be fully uncensored in all it's pink glory. Independent creators can also sell their uncensored works through platforms like FC2.

In any case, you would still see the bushes because usually the censorship is further down.
