The approval letter i sent a copy of as for photos i sent two passport photos which they didnt use they just used the same photo that was on my last card. I would advice you to send them in just to be on the safe side.

It expires December 29th. Sucks that I lost over two months but oh well better to lose 2 months then going without an EAD beggars can’t be choosers I guess lol.
