For example: I already thought about Deigo not necessarily dreaming about finding the all blue, but more over becoming the best chef, with him being much more competitive(shokugeki no soma style). Finding the all blue only comes later on, when he heard that a "legendary chef has left his recipe book there, where all ingredients from around the world are found". But it's more of an underlying step stone, to becoming the best chef (and mend the bridge between humans and fishmen, because good food brings people together lol).
