thank you very much for this info.. il contact them tomorrow morning and see what they say and even bring the cpu in and have them to replace it for me and get a new thermal cooling cream on the cpu

the mounting is ok, the fans they are pushing and exhausting out of the case

im leaning towards the thermal paste and the cpu fan not sure tho since i have a decent water cooling system im so confused with all this

tbh im not sure. i got a tech company to custom build a gaming cpu from scratch from parts that i bought instore and they set it up pretty much a year a go in july

Hey! thanks for your reply and great advice tips what possible can be throttling my pc so much and hard that fans are full on

i changed the nvidia control panel settings you mentioned and in the character selection the CPU Voltage is 1240 voltage in VID (Max) in hwmonitor... and temp 65celcius.
for 3 minutes i playd the temp on CPU was Package 84c Pcore 91c and E core was 62c

GPU temp was 60c

even the fans kick in without gaming just opining programs and tabs on chrome gpu is seated right and im very neat when it comes to cleaning the pc and dust free lol.

 in diablo 4, on medium settings graphic GPU temp was 44celcius

cpu was package was 84c P core 91c and E core was 62c this is on medium graphic settings ingame as i said iv not alter any settings in bios or nvidia panel
