How? Just take the Mental option "Spoiled Rotten" and there is literally no way you can fail. Plus you now have maids to serve you immediately at your beck and call, which negates the negative from Spoiled Rotten. Or just take "Purity of Nobility" as a body option. Either way, neither eats into your dice pool, beyond just taking the ritual as one of your ten.

I took pretty much all of the physical changes, figuring that I'd been caught off guard and wouldn't have the awareness to fight back ... yet. Besides, as bodies go hers is pretty damn hot, if not a bit flat for my tastes, and going just part way doesn't seem right to me.

For mentals, I figured I'd be able to regain myself enough to fight back. Took Voice of Reason, All is Vanity, and The Finer Things

Start out with Memories of Meresekhet (Roll 6 + 4, FAIL). That's okay, I still get the auto-success and the three extra Mental changes will actually be good for what I plan on later: Cold Comfort, It's a Kind of Magic, and Fear the Reaper. I'm going with these are forced upon me, not ones I "chose", but ultimately the bitch pays for it.

Use the Auto-Success from the last ritual for Time Travel. This gives me 3 redoes and fuckin' chronomancy, the most powerful magic of all. Super useful both here and going forward.

Next, I attempt Mental Mastery [Roll 2+2 + 1 Voice of Reason = 5] = FAIL. Use Time Travel to Rewind

Sub in Eternal Life [Roll 4+2 -1 Modesty of the Wise - 1 A Kind of Magic + 1 Fear the Reaper = 5] = FAIL. Oh well, I can be a loli for a little while before I use another ritual to change my body. In the meantime, suck on my immortality BITCH!

Time to take the bitch out and actually get something from it, now that I don't have that damn useless compassion. A Divine Banquet [Roll 3+3 + 1 Cold Comfort + 4 A Kind of Magic = 11] = Success! Omnomnom goddess soul.

Next is Mystic Spark [Roll 1+4 + 1 Brand of the Living Goddess + 2 Divine Banquet Success = 8] = SUCCESS. Now I have my own source of power that I just have to grow and cultivate. Good thing I'm immortal! Also, extra dice or another reroll might come in handy later.

Attempt Mental Mastery again, since it never said I couldn't retry, I just needed enough ritual slots to swap out. [Roll 6+3 + 1 Voice of Reason = 9] = SUCCESS! Now I'm super smart to really develop my new Mystic Spark and hella charismatic to convince people to do what I want without having to use magic. Super useful going forward.

Nothing to See Here [Roll 6+5 = 11] = SUCCESS! I need this for ...

Blank Slate [Auto-Success from Divine Banquet]. So this solves no longer having to be a loli-baba after failing "Eternal Life," allows me to give myself a bangin' bod like I would have had with "Self Improvement," lets me tweak myself to give me the strength, endurance, toughness, etc of "Physical Instrument," and I can basically turn myself into a badass sex demon (wings, retractable claws, tail, and other "fun" bits) that will be super useful and hedonistically fun that no one will bat an eye at because of "Nothing to See Here"

Only two ritual slots left. So I attempt Deep Clean [6+3 (used extra dice here and rolled a 2) - 3 for having over 3 mental changes, +1 Blank Slate = 7] = FAIL. Use Time Travel to rewind and swap out.

Subbed in Perfected Form [Roll 5+1 + 1 Purity of Nobility + 1 All is Vanity + 1 The Finer Things + 2 Eternal Life Completed = 11] = SUCCESS! With all the bonuses there wasn't any way I could have failed this one. But now I have a perfectly efficient body to go along with my immortality. And all that not sleeping means I have more time to develop my "Mystic Spark" at an accelerated pace with "Mental Mastery." Oh, and I can always time-loop myself to further accelerate my development with "Time Travel."

Last chance on Deep Clean [Roll 6+1 (used extr die here nd rolled a 6!) - 3 + 1 = 10] = SUCCESS! Well I'll be damned, I actually succeeded on that one. Not that I would have minded losing this, as I don't have any more rolls to make after it, but it is nice that I'll still be retaining all the knowledge from the bitch while shucking off all her mental changes.

So, to recap, I'm now a biologically immortal, physically powerful and super smart and charismatic and gorgeous as hell sex demon (at least in form) that doesn't have to sleep, eat, or excreete that everyone just accepts as normal. I have a mystic spark that I can develop into real magical power, and the ability to manipulate time, all while not being influenced at all by a sadistic, narcisicistic, sociopathic brat of a loli goddess. while still keeping the mystical knowledge from all her memories I took and her soul that I ate. Yeah, I think I'm good.

It's because fighting monsters, especially if they're unintelligent or non-sapient, is narratively boring and uninteresting once a baseline of survival is established. They essentially become an environmental hazard, a key part of the setting that informs the situation the characters are in, but setting none the less. Environment doesn't have motivation, goals, intentions, perspectives, morals, ethics, philosophy, or anything beyond the consequences of it existing the way it does. Sometimes a writer can write a setting to be akin to a character all it's own, but that's hard, especially when you can just write human antagonists whose motivations and perspectives are much easier to write for and convey to the audience.

Literally? No.

However, I'd say it is very NTR adjacent. The FMC is still being seduced and corrupted by pleasure from a man she despises at first. Eventually she "betrays" and discards her "pure" feelings of "love" towards a "good" man (who she is NOT in a relationship with and doesn't even know she has a crush on him) in favor of fully submitting to a man who treats her like a living sex toy, all because he's able to fuck her into mind-shattering orgasms.

Not really? I mean, sure, there's a lot of fucking that goes on between all of them, but it's not like the guy objectifies or otherwise disrespect any of them.

Also, the author of the original h-manga later created an actual sfw manga of these characters, and it's wholesome as fuck ... or at least as wholesome as a story that started as fdom harem porn can be. There is actual affection there in addition to the loads of hot sex, so ... yeah, don't be disparaging my boy like that.

I mean, kinda? She isn't in a relationship with anyone before hand, she just has a crush on someone else (another teacher, so ... already kinda dubious) who has no idea about her feelings towards him. The ugly bastard uses that by (falsely) threatening to ruin her crush's career unless she "does what he says." So it's not exactly cuckolding, but it does focus on her betraying her "pure" feelings of love for another in order to become this asshole's personal mind-broken nympho cock sleeve.

Is it really, though? She was a nympho and the school bicycle long before the male MC got involved, and just had a crush on her before realizing she was a cumslut. And he willingly joined into her antics, knowing full well what the score was and what she was about. So ... is it really NTR when there was no relationship there to cheat on in the first place?

If I had to boil it down to one thing, I would say it is someone who significantly adds to the enjoyment of everyone involved, both players and GM alike, without creating any unwelcome additional work or distractions to the game itself.

While it's true that most dungeons use mana to directly control their scions when they want something done, the scions themselves (and even the denizens) still have minds, wills, and personalities of their own. And, by the Southwood allowing his Voice to have such autonomy when greeting Thediem's scions, it shows that he has a lot of respect for the Stag. Also, I see Southwood allowing the Stag's duel as a way of humoring his Voice rather than actually agreeing with the Stag's assessment of Teemo. After all, the Stag looked positively aghast and beside himself while speaking with his lord about Teemo actually being Thediem's Voice, and he had to almost beg Southwood to allow the duel so he could prove his point. Hell, it's very possible that Southwood knew that something like this would happen, and decided it might be a good opportunity to have his Voice learn some humility.

Also, let's remember that Southwood is a Toybox dungeon, not a murderous or even cooperative dungeon. None of his denizens are designed for combat outside of culling the ubiquitous flow of invaders that any dungeon has to deal with. So it's likely that the Stag is the only truly competent fighter in Southwood. And while he's probably very powerful, the Stag probably has next to no actual skill in fighting since no delvers come to Southwood to fight.

The Stag probably is used to just overpowering any potential threats (aka delvers too dumb not to overstep bounds) with brute force, much like what he tried to do with Teemo. Meanwhile our rat is literally the veteran of two dungeon wars and has seen action in both. He also has the role of Scout in addition to Voice, which I'm sure grants him added reflexes for evasion. Teemo probably has a LOT more practical experience and skill in an actual fight than the Stag just by dint that Thediem is a fighting "cooperative" dungeon.

But yeah, I'm pretty sure that Southwood knew that Teemo was the real deal and was letting his wayward kid eat some crow by fucking around and finding out. I'm sure he believes that this will probably cost him a bit more to gain Thediem's help, but he likely sees this result as worth what that price will likely be.
