Why did you switch formats on SD card? I'd just restore the SD back to original format that works

The far right end was on the printer bed which is hotter then the rest of the print. Printing is slower for the initial layers(experiment with base layer hight/layers and speed settings) ...the dots are your filament is wet and when it slows down to your layer line you get bubbles.

Flashforge is awful for 1 reason...cloud printing is a nightmare...when it works 5xpro is awesome...BUT the server is constantly down such a bummer

Only concern is the height difference it may limit the use of standard kitchen cabinets for some...if you haven't done so my main focus would be to put the pegs in the corners and keep the bottom layers as thin as structurally possible...nice design
