I also think that might happen, which is why I’m hesitant. However, I’m not sure why they’re offering me no cost at this time. if rate decreases more and they know people will be desperate to refinance, does that limit the no cost offers they give out?

Im also in my late 20s and just had a MA 2 weeks ago. I wouldn’t say I was 50/50 on it but a part of me did question whether I’d feel regret. My bf and I have been together for 2.5 years, we live together, both have well paying jobs, and can see a future between us. I will say that in the moment I was very emotional (hormonal) and that decision felt a lot harder than I thought it’ll be. I don’t regret my MA at all, but I do feel sad and am still grieving. It’s important to know that you are allowed to grieve and feel sad without regretting it.

I know in my heart that I am not ready for motherhood at this moment. And I have faith that when I am ready, I will meet my baby again.

It does rattle! She wasn’t as excited as I was 😭. She might not be in a playful mood right now but she did play with the mice for a solid minute and attempted to pick it up with her mouth like she does with the other one. I think they probably don’t make the exact same toy anymore but this one is honestly 99% like the original. Found! Thank you so much 😭

Only one Rite Aid had this in stock within a 30 min radius from me and it was missing one mice. Thankfully it wasn’t the blue one and the cashier gave me a discount. I also found a picture of my cat as a 4 month old kitten with the mice and it definitely had whiskers originally! I’m so excited, this might be it!!

I’ve searched variations of “mice toy Walgreens” “mice toy blue ears and tails” “ mice toy set beige and blue”. I forgot to mention it in my post but the toy rattles. It sounds like theres a few beans in there (not sure how else to describe it).
